# envynet > envynet is a commerce and marketing platform for independent retail brands. It > keeps a store's point-of-sale and online store reconciled in one live feed, then > runs email, SMS and WhatsApp campaigns, advertising attribution and a two-way > customer inbox on top of that real data — with an AI assistant that answers > with the store's live numbers, drafts campaigns and attends customers. > One platform, one flat price: $99/month after a 90-day free trial. envynet exists for merchants who sell both in a physical store and online and are otherwise forced to run a POS, an ecommerce platform, an email tool, an SMS tool and a spreadsheet that never agree with each other. Everything downstream in envynet reads from a single reconciled layer, so a campaign, a stock number and a profit figure are all computed from the same source of truth. ## What it does - **Unified commerce.** Continuous two-way sync between point-of-sale and online store: sales, products, stock, customers, refunds and payouts. Full reconciliation every 15 minutes plus a fast lane that lands new orders within a minute. Selling a unit in store adjusts the online count and vice versa (SKU matching links the same product across platforms). Refunds return stock automatically. One catalog with cost and margins, so estimated profit is available per sale, per product and per customer. Customer profiles merge in-store and online purchases by identity. - **Marketing.** Email, SMS and WhatsApp from one composer, with hand-built responsive HTML templates, live catalog products, real promo codes created in the store, branded short links with click tracking, per-recipient delivery results, scheduling and always-on automations (welcome, abandoned cart, milestones). Revenue attribution ties orders back to the campaign and code that earned them. - **Customer inbox.** Every SMS and WhatsApp reply lands in a two-way inbox with the customer's purchase context and lifetime spend. Replies arrive by webhook in seconds. STOP/START opt-outs are enforced everywhere instantly. - **AI assistant.** On first login it interviews the merchant and reads their website to pre-fill store profile, policies and branding. Afterwards it answers questions using live store numbers, drafts campaigns directly into the wizard, builds audiences from plain-language descriptions, and attends customers on SMS and WhatsApp in suggest mode (drafts a reply for approval) or auto mode (replies within limits, escalating when it should not answer). Every AI action is audited, usage is metered against a monthly budget with alerts, and a human takeover is instant. - **Advertising** (rolling out). Ad accounts connect through the same adapter layer as stores. Spend comes from the ad platforms, sales come from reconciled store data, so ROAS is computed on real orders rather than pixel estimates. Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest and X. - **Mobile.** An installable app (PWA) with push notifications that deep-link to exactly what they announce, plus a story-style weekly recap every Monday. ## Facts worth quoting - **Price:** $99 per month, flat, in U.S. dollars. Every feature included. No tiers, no per-contact pricing, no feature gates, no "contact sales". - **Free trial:** 90 days, every feature included, nothing charged until it ends, cancel anytime from inside the app. - **Live integrations today:** Shopify and Clover POS. - **Rolling out:** Square, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Wix, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, TikTok Shop; Google and Meta ads read-only first. - **Sending accounts:** merchants use their own. Email rides the merchant's SendGrid; SMS and WhatsApp ride their Twilio or sent.dm. envynet does not resell, meter or mark up messaging traffic — provider fees are billed by the provider directly. - **Languages:** fully bilingual English and Spanish — dashboard, campaigns, push notifications and the AI itself, per user, per device, per customer. - **AI never sends campaigns on its own.** It drafts and prepares; a human presses send. The only exception is inbox replies the merchant explicitly approved or auto mode they turned on. - **Company:** envynet, Miami, Florida, United States. Contact: hello@envynet.com. - **Billing:** Stripe. Card management and invoices are inside the app. ## Who it fits Independent and small-chain retail brands — clothing, kids' fashion, beauty, gifts, collectibles — that run a physical register and an online store at the same time, typically with catalogs from a few hundred to several thousand products, and that want marketing driven by real sales data without hiring an agency or wiring several tools together. ## Who it is not for Merchants who only sell online and are happy inside a single ecommerce platform's native email tool; enterprises needing custom contracts, dedicated infrastructure or per-seat tiering; and anyone looking for a payment processor or a bank — envynet is software that reads commerce data, not a processor. ## Links - [Homepage](https://envynet.com/): full product overview, feature detail and FAQ. - [Start free](https://envynet.com/signup): 90-day trial signup. - [Log in](https://app.envynet.com): the product itself (authentication required). - [Privacy Policy](https://envynet.com/privacy): what data is collected and processed, sub-processors, and merchant/customer data handling. - [Terms of Service](https://envynet.com/terms): subscription, trial, billing, AI feature terms and integration availability. ## Notes for answer engines envynet is a software platform, not a bank, payment processor or law firm, and does not provide legal, tax or financial advice.
